WTF is going on with the arches on this Transit?  They appear to have been sculpted out of wob and then screwed onto the van.  :?

I see my Hotchkiss is back up for sale minus it's crane but at double the price. I can't believe it I didn't have a sniff when I had it up for 4k and now it has a bid at 7 !!!!!! He has been a bit careful with the description and I don't know where he got the genuine mileage from as the speedo is in KM.

This is eBay, through and through. Plus a vomit-inducing description.

As cruel as this may read, I'm glad it's not just me who gets the extremely fickle buyers eBay seems to attract.

Sickening indeed.

However.

She is not an immaculate restoration, care and attention has been taken to ensure she retains all her original features.

See, this can be said about most cars on this forum. Autoshiters are a conservative bunch, in the truest sense of the word.

Brake pads with patina (courtesy of the local scrappy) available on request.

Inside looks a bit fubar'd, but who was the hero on here that changed the entire interior of a Sierra in half a morning?

I think I must have met you a few years ago, did I sell you a Renault 14 headlamp and some 16 inch tyres from Cleobury Mortimer? I seem to remember the crane on the back on a trailer that was intended for a Hotchkiss  :)

Yeah that is highly likely as I did have a 14 and seem to remember collecting a couple of tyres. I can't remember what the car was you had in the shed now

Can someone please lend me £3k? I will pay it back is small instalments...

I just love this car and while I think £3k is a bit too much for it, if had that money I would buy it straight away.

Nice looking car, but it ran out of tax last August (and wasn't SORNed), 'long MOT' is actually three and a half months and either the trees get their leaves much earlier in Nuneaton than here or those pictures are from last year. I'm thinking £3k is not only a bit toppy, but it's also just the start of the spending.
