theorganist
Before I commit to suggesting the seller of this car isn't the greatest, I'm going to try and find out if he's the fucker that sold me a BX a few yaers back that was hopelessly not as described. He is the one I bought my first Allegro off. He failed to mention the extremely smokey engine, the leaking radiator or the leaking clutch cylinder! worldofceri
...what's wrong with this mains inlet? That's right boys and girls, when you pull the plug out you'll have a nice handful of exposed mains pins... I'm not sure I get what the problem is. Looks to me like the same sort of connector you use to hook a caravan up to the mains. So long as you shut off the mains first it's perfectly safe, shirley? He is the one I bought my first Allegro off. He failed to mention the extremely smokey engine, the leaking radiator or the leaking clutch cylinder! Prob. the same bloke then. It was years back now, I think the listing ended at £41.00 (or some ridiculously small amount) and various spares that were supposed to come with the car didn't, it wasn't running and there was a mice nest in the engine bay. Aside from the latter I reckon he'd spied his arse about not getting the price he wanted. I didn't collect it myself hence not realising until too late.
