This has been on the tree of gum for some time now for £500.

Mind you given that he clearly just washed it when he took the pics it has probably dissolved by now in fact you can clearly see bits of it crumbling onto the driveway even as the photo is being taken.

Not really Autoshite but this looks a bit of a bargain for just over £3k with 7hrs to go - yes it's a bit crusty round the edges but that just adds to the charm. Only just out of MOT as well WCPGW...

I would willingly splash my load on one of these but preferably a 3.8

Had a lovely 1960 3.8 on hire for a few days a couple of years back as a birthday present and it was a lovely thing and would really fly when you asked it to - and I did, it was a hire car after all - surprised a few folk. Probably cost me as much in fuel for the two days as the hire did as it had to run on super and did 19mpg but it was worth it. (Was supposed to be an e-type roadster but it lunched it's gearbox so got the Mk2 instead - probably just as well as it pissed with rain most of the time.)

I think requiring a millionty hours of welding makes them affordable. They're not easy things to sort out.

Not that it would ever happen, but I'd be looking for the Daimler 2.5 V8 as it's slightly quicker than the 2.4 XK powered MK2 and much plusher.

Fit with MK2 grille for ultimate Jaguar Owners Club upset.

Blasting that with a hose is pretty nuts. You can watch it float down the gutter and into the drain.

Any Caterpillar fetishists here?

Really nice 406 for a good price, not a diesel though.

If this didn't need welding I would be all over it, not far from me either. Someone want to save it from the drift scene?
