SD1 2000, runs and drives with new mot. what more could you want? (apart from a perkins prima turbo diesel which I reckon will drop straight in)

I know it's not too autoshite but apparantly a t-series will drop in their without too much bother*. Same engine mounts work and I think all the gearbox, clutch flywheel gubbins can be moved over from the o-series. I've heard loads of folk talk about it but I've never seen it done.

These coupes keep looking at me, this one has t&t and is within mad-money budget. I know that if I buy one it'll probably blow up and have all the newspaper and filler fall out quicker than I take to get fed up with it.

 

If I could find somewhere that hires them it would probably a cheaper more sensible way to get it out of my system.

Those Xjr coupes are defo one of the best looking cars eva. 7000 doesn't seem like that much for a nice one which would worry me.
