If I wanted a sensible modern these would be high on my list.

That looks a lovely piece of kit, phenomenal  M.O.T. history too. Got a price in mind ?

Love it, but don't think my Corolla is quite in the same league. :D

Found an Omega estate near me.......£900 takes Octavia......easy payment instalments available!

Bet this would be great, like the ex trigger ex lobster ex loserone ex Jim bell ex johnk Toledo, only with a useful estate boot and AWD.

Where are you bangernomics? I could help - I will take one for the team - no money just fuel/travel cover (colc is a good shitter) and could drive it up to you if there was anyway you could formulate a plan to get it up to you? And then me getting back.... Is the car taxed?

Posted

where are you?

Just above Manchester.

I’d need to discuss price with you too.

Posted

But would pay all at once

Posted

Or bangernomics, train it to Reading and I’ll take you to Col’s.... would probably be cheaper for you..... just cover me fuel :)

I'd offer a swap for a certain blue BMW but no doubt I'd get a reminder that I'd do better if it had an MOT lol.

Train cost is t much different tbh, £40 to £52 just 5hrs, last daft collection was in Dorchester, and that shit itself on the way back about 10 times and took me from 11am to 2am next day to get home.

This’ll cruise back up nicely

Just the price then, it’s nice but I always adhere to the WBAC +150 or +200 if I really want it and this is significantly more than that model. Not saying it’s not lovely its just not priced for travel.

This car isn’t far off “show quality”.....hence price

No doubt it’s lovely I’m just talking myself out of it because of inconvenience.
