"We have for sale a 1961 Mercedes 19D Ponton, as you can see has been finished in cream type colour with cloth interior and ivory steering wheel with chrome detail. The Mercedes runs and drives very well and is mechanically good.I would say that it has been fully restored at some point in its life as it is in very good condition both inside and out and underneath with no rust, i have no paperwork for restoration so would need to view for own opinion. I have lots of manuals and papers for registration etc along with all old mots and tax discs, there is also a folder of receipts for parts etc. Lovely historic Mercedes for very little money."

This generated some discussion on Flickr. I'm not certain, but it seems likely the early Rover Metro C had the full bumpers like this one and the horrible metal bumper with plastic end caps was introduced later.
