Number of owners - https://www.carsireland.ie/add.php (doesn't always give the info)

Date of last keeper change - https://www.surething.co.uk/ (and start a car insurance quote)

Exact date of registration (because DVLA only give the month and year) - https://cazana.com/uk/landing

I also find https://www.cartell.ie/ useful for getting the exact model and trim level combination, this also usually tells you if the car is automatic.
