***ALL SOLD!!!*** Aston Martin DB4.

I've two of these - one sealed, one opened.

£4 each, £2 when added to a box already in preparation.

I have 2 versions of the Transitski too, that blue one, and an ambulance, they are weighty for a partwork

Is this really... a Dodge Viper? Well, yes it is.

20180610_213854.jpg

20180610_213918.jpg

I think I bought this for its wheels, to use on some project or other that never got off the ground.

It's still sealed, so I thought it would be a pity to unpackage it just to take a better pic. You all know what a Viper looks like, yeah?

£4 solo, or £2 when added to a box.

***SOLD!!!*** Another SOOPERCARYO - a Saleen S7

20180610_213900.jpg

20180610_213907.jpg

20180610_213911.jpg

Billed as  'America's first mid-engine production supercar', apparently.

Again, £4 solo, or £2 when added to a box.

***SOLD!!!*** I'd mentioned slot cars earlier... here's an HPI Racing Nissan Skyline R32

20180610_213734.jpg

20180610_213741.jpg

20180610_213745.jpg

20180610_213754.jpg

Unused, pristine. Never out of the box. Working lights and all!

These are advertised for unusually high sums online, but I don't really dabble much in slot cars so I dunno if it's all just dreamers.

Still, I'd imagine you could have some fun with this for £20, posted?

More random shiz now.

***SOLD!*** Road Monster Mercedes E Class Estate, approx. 1/43 scale.

20180610_213959.jpg

20180610_214012.jpg

More toylike than model-like, but a good boot for carrying jelly beans, anyway.

20180610_213934.jpg

In its box.

£4 posted/£1.50 added.

Oh, and if anyone wants it:

20180610_214208.jpg

20180610_214202.jpg

20180610_214217.jpg

An empty box for Matchbox Superkings K-153 Jaguar XJ6 in police flavour.

I did have the car itself, though I think it was part of the big box of my larger Matchbox/Corgi that ended up in my mum's classroom, and stayed there when she retired.

It was very chipped and bashed, though - I seem to recall these late-80s Superkings had rubbish paint durability - this one lived in the same toy bucket as a Corgi Volvo 760, and the Ovlov's still like nearly new.

If it's any use to anyone, it's £*free*

***SOLD*** Anyone interested in Micro Machines?

20180610_214046.jpg

20180610_214054.jpg

I have two tubs of Micro Machines. Actually, I think I might have some more in a carry case somewhere, but these are the ones I found in with all the rest.

I can hoke them out and photograph them if anyone really likes, or I can surprise you for £10 posted / £7.50 in with another order (both tubs).

***SOLD*** Maisto/MC Toy Porsche Collection.

20180610_214307.jpg

One of them, rather unhelpfully, has been uncollected. It was a blue 911 Turbo, if memory serves.

If you happen to have a blue Maisto Porsche 911 Turbo, I'll give you this for free.

If you don't., it's yours for £3 posted/£0.50 in with an existing order.

***SOLD!!!*** Staying with the smaller stuff, here's an Edocar Toyota truck thingummy, done up in a sorta Paris-Dakar stylee.

post-17915-0-31502700-1528817323_thumb.jpg

I bought this in a newsagent during a daytrip to Carrickfergus c.1990, unaware that in twenty years later I'd be living in the town and in and out of the same newsagent all the time.

They don't stock Edocar anymore, though. I do check.

Every single time.

£3.50 posted/ £1 added.

****SOLD!!!**** In fact, here's a whole heap of random Matchbox-scale stuff by odd and unknown manufacturers - Maisto/MC Toy, Zylmex, Tomica, Summer, Edocar, ERTL and brandless Hong Kong knock-offs.

20180610_214419.jpg

I might photograph these individually; or I could just say... £10 the lot, as a lucky dip.

What I can advise is the inclusion of a famed Junkman-endorsed 'Austria Wild' Toyota Rav4. Which must surely have some cred on these pages.

Concluding for today (and yeah, that means I'm gonna have to go out and take some more photos this evening, aren't I?) we have some boatshite:

***SOLD!!!*** A Bruder ro-ro ferry, no less.

20180610_214734.jpg

20180610_214808.jpg

20180610_214742.jpg

20180610_214751.jpg

Bought in a toy shop in Bath c.1991, this comes complete with a clip-on battery powered motor (working) and three HO-scale cars, which I managed to turn up the other night - a yellow Citroen CX Familiale, a red Citroen 2CV and a blue Mercedes SL.

It's not perfect - one of the lifeboat covers was missing when I bought it, the lifting bar to raise the deck up and roll the cars out has snapped off; there's a small crack to the left of the stern door, and I promise I will clean it - but it is quite charming all the same.

Any interest? I can't even think what price to put on this. My head's a little bit fried. Say £5, posted.

***SOLD!!!*** And finally (definitely finally), here's another plastic boat:

20180610_214821.jpg

20180610_214827.jpg

Probably bought in Weymouth or Weston-Super-Mare or somewhere; a cheap moulding but still oddly appealing.

Don't know if it's anyone's bag on here, but sure let me know. It's not too bulky or too heavy, that much I do know. Fiver?

Can the Lada 2112 be added to my pile please?

...A car I've still got half a mind to actually acquire one day, not least because nobody over here would have the foggiest idea what it was.

Oh yes, can indeed get that in your pile... would be great to see one over here, as they really would stand out... it's like the kind of thing I imagine Reliant might have come out with if they'd decided to go hell-for-leather towards 4-wheeler mass production in the early 90s.

Either way: awesome.

Would probably be the estate version I'd go for given the choice, but I'd not complain at either.  Hopefully parts wouldn't be too much of a headache either given how good support still is for the Riva generally...

The interior is a wonderfully bizarre mashup as well, sort of Citroen ZX meets Ford Sierra.

The green one? That's a Maisto Trabant, and the paint is matte IIRC. I used to have one!

Yup, it is indeed an Edocar Trabbie, with Matchbox-style wheels - well spotted!

Can pop that in with your other Eastern Bloc tat, fo' sho'.

EDIT: on checking, this green one is indeed a Maisto Trabant - oddly, I had the exact same casting in blue but it was branded as Edocar (and bought new and boxed as such).

I lent the blue one to an architecture student friend, along with a whole load of other unusual small diecast, to populate a street scene for one of his design models.

Never saw any of them again...

Interested in the box of Matchbox sized stuff, any more info on what's in there?

Loads of stuff in there - about 60 or so models, all different.

Quite a few ERTL - Dukes of Hazzard police car, Smokey & The Bandit 'Snowman' van (not in any of the films, just part of a giftset), some sort of Batman vehicle, a green early 50s Chevrolet Coupe; there's a Lone Star Impy Toyota 2000GT; a Welly Chevrolet Chevelle; several more Edocar (2CV, Beetle, another Toyota desert rally pickup, Dodge police car); Maisto Granada Mk2, Sierra XR4i, Ferrari 250GTO, Golf Mk1, some kind of Mazda van; Zylmex Chevrolet Nova; errrrm... lots and lots of no-name vehicles of varying quality and approximateness (Rover SD1, Jaguar XJ12 coupe, Lotus Esprit, Audi Quattro, Toyota Camper, Mk1 Fiesta that's also a pencil sharpener...) Will go out and have a look in the morning, but it's a real MiniShite treasure chest, of that there is no doubt...

Great will see what else you list but Def want the dragster a similar flip body style in matchbox size would be handy (not fussed on body style/shape).

It was that.

I'll move it across into the sold corner!

You're a brave man but I don't think you'll be disappointed. This is the true MiniShite Connoisseur selection box; the weird, the idiosyncratic and the downright incompetent stabs at replicating full-size forebears. But somehow they're utterly charming.
