I fear that is going to be near impossible, as my northbound journey will be up the opposite side of the country, going up the M1/A1 with a heavily laden trailer. I will be passing very near you, but only southbound.

If you can get it to the M1, that's great.  I will be on the East side of Edinburgh while there, so a reasonably easy jaunt to go and drop it off, or the Buyer/Receiver could pop over and get it from where I'll be staying/working.  If I am supplied with names and phone numbers, I can arrange when I get up there, or on the way..

That is a great shame.. If I were heading back south again I could have done that for him as it would have been my exact route.  Unfortunately from you I'll be heading north to Edinboghorror and then travelling down the M6 to Brizzle. (including a possible stop-off in Warrington if an Omega will fit on my trailer, and a jaunt into Wales at some point)

 

I'd be intrigued to know what sort of prices he's being quoted on Shipley... if there's enough cash in it, I could go from Brizzle back up to yours and then south with it.  Many miles, but possibly worth it..

I am now a goodly few miles into this journey. Is anyone due to be bringing this bicycle frame over to the M1? If it's not going to happen that's no problem at all but it means I can alter my route up the A1M instead.
