Tell me about it, I think theres about 4 existing. I suspect the lad selling it does not realise that. I am trying to get a friend of mine in Shrewsbury to get on its case!

Well done Bol.Maybe someone should email him saying that an enthusiast would probably give him a decent price for it in one piece.

No don't do that, else it will end up with a £5000 price tag...

It's a risky fine line between telling it like it is and keeping the car alive, and having end up unsold and squashed cos of a HUUUUUGE price tag....Are the other owners likely to want bits? Also

Life on mars, princess calipers

WTF is that all about? Are the callipers sought after for conversions or other stuff? And LOM?? Not exactly a Mk3 cortina is it?

Yes they are, or at least they were a few years ago, they have pretty swish 4-pot calipers which used to be a popular upgrade for all sorts of old go faster shitters.

I'm officially using this as a song lyric. Some blank verse plus some of raymanboy's rantings, I reckon I'd have a great piece of lo fi right there.Till the Diezel OMG amp kicks in at 3:37 anyway.'DANCE FOR ME BOBOF' etc.

It's got to be worth asking surely? I've just sent him a question about it.

JonCedric is on it now, he seemed quite interested, and its on his doorstep, so maybe he can wangle something.

I was up at Jons on Wednesday and he las lamenting how he'd love a BL wedge. He's got a pretty rough 2200 landcrab but I reckon that Morris would be a far better bet.

Hmm, sounds like all the moons are more or less in the right alignment then! FINGAZ X'D!!!

Six or Austin/Morris?
Austin I think.
Posted

aye and he's rounded up a 'Woolas' six today as well!

That did seem a lot for a project, but it had a lot of new spares, so he got a bargain.

I know where there's a Morris wedge in daily driver condition. He's owned it since new, and I am trying to get him to come to Mk1-4dr's little meets.....he might, but says he's busy doing his house up..........It's in 1987 condition! Scabby, flat paint, extra welded arches, peeling vinyl roof, rear seat fabric sun damaged, but all there and much loved.KUG 949N

Any pics?
Sorry, didn't take any. It's rough as a badgers arse and the same colour as that Wolseley Six ^ Someones fitted Montego seats in it for maximum shite appeal.

Sorry, didn't take any.

Maybe next time. What are his plans for the Six; do you know?
