the 2nd half was not as good as the first...he blew up an Arna.1st half had footage from the early 70's at Harwich, he drove a 120y and fotage of other early jap stuff. 2nd half was mostly impreza's and evo's.

Speaking of Clarkson playing god with things he doesn't like, on searching for a clip of him killing the Cherry / Arna, I found possibly the most controversial (with the exception of him pointlessly ruining that A610 which I've heard about) footage of him at his destructive worst! I saw the A610 clip on Jonathan Ross last friday - really pointless.On a brighter note, the episode of minder that was on this afternoon had a mountain of shite in - I was not watching the story, just the backgrounds...an excellent bit at a horse race with a car park chock full of stuff.

The odd thing is that those Peroduas are actually meant to be pretty good. Most reviews I've seen of them are positive too, saying that they are actually surprisingly good fun to drive. The spec is very impressive for the money too. Would much rather one of those than a base spec Citroen C2, Corsa, etc.However I suspect he wouldn't trash one of those in case it offended the many viewers who actually own one of them.....
