It's just flippin' mega in so many ways, but at the same time totally horrid. I'd love somebody else to buy it.

Stanky, on sorting out his Geep petrol tank.
 

Then I needed to dry it out, or it'll just rust again. I hoiked the clothes out the tumble dryer, turned it on and wedged the outlet pipe over the pickup hole in the tank with a flip-flop.

This had me chuckling for ages.
Just picturing this fizzog glaring out of a Fiesta windscreen.

Also me and my wife are not what you would call "dainty"
She used to have a fiesta - when we got in it together we banged shoulders.

Plus, it looked like we were vacuum packed in it.

Still can't find how to switch off the invisibility cloak on the Land Rover. I'm now getting to the point that the next time someone cuts me up I may just run into them as it's wearing my brakes out.

Bren pulls another belter out of the bag in the LDV400 V8 thread.

 

You would need balls of steel to drive that fast - I would imagine 90 mph in that is like trying to stay on the back of a shot giraffe.

...driving this car down a narrow, Shropshire B road is a lot like threading a fish finger into a Smarties tube. It's messy and best avoided.
