Not in any way related to me other than its local to me and seen on a cheap car scumtree search earlier today, might be if interest to a Vauxhall licker - pretty rare to see these I think!

Not been on the road for 2 years, could be incredibly rotten underneath if it's sat on some wet grass for the duration. On the flip side, could have sat in a dry garage, I'd go have a look, looks to me like a bereavement sale.

 

£400 is a bit steep though, I'd expect to pay that with a test on it. £200 it might be worth a gamble.

Doesn't look like a bereavement sale to me when the same seller has 10 other cars for sale and a ton of parts!

Agreed, the seller has a lot of stuff for sale so very much doubt it is bereavement. Looks like a pretty ropey place in the pics. Didn't realise the mot is well past expired... Sorry! Excitement of seeing a one-piece grille/bumper combo got the better of me!

Strangely enough, I hate these Astras. But I'm guessing someone loves them.

Didn't see his other ads. Probably given some old dear £20 for it and now he's kiting it off at £400. He'll have had a mate check it out on a ramp, whose confirmed the rear chassis legs are like Weetabix, so don't bother testing it. I'm not criticising him though I'd only do the same... it's a £350 drink for him isn't it?

These are lush. I think at a couple of hundred quid thats worth a look. Mileage is backed up by the MOT history which only shows it doing 30 or so miles a year.

 

Looks like an old boy owned and driven to the test station once a year but not much else job. Its also never had a test fail or even an advisory! Suggests its fairly sound unless of course they were dodgy MOTS
