My parents have had one for 10 years or more. I've taken it to Nottingham and St Ives from Kent and extensive experience says, yes they are a bit rubbish. Almost the same engine as my Mondeo though!

If I had to have one it would be a mk6 'finesse', the ultimate and final evolution of the escort "slash" parts bin special. Air con in an escort, rather than an escort con.
