A old school friend is a fancy camera man/ producer I believe for the discovery channel.

 

He sent me a message asking about if I knew any mechanics/fabricators who fanced doing some tv work.

 

I think the bit about knowing what your doing and being trendy ish ruled me out. I believe you will have to actually do the fixing/ repair work, but you would be on screen and have to talk.

 

But if anyone fancies it send me a pm, so we don't all laugh at you.

 

It's this Friday in Cambridge for the auditions/ casting tape.

 

They must be getting desperate as he asked me for help.

Oh wow! This could be an Autoshite Wheeler Dealer type thing where nothing costs more than 300 quid and is fixed using gaffer tape, self-tappers/wood screws, zip ties and Renault Laguna parts hammered over things.

Mended the Autoshite way! (You forgot to include self-tappers). Sounds like quality TV to me, I'd be up for watching that.
