Christmas came early

Hello people I thought Id do this my current car is my Rover 75 launch car. Its a lovely old beast, Give me a Rover over any german brands ever. I have spent quite a bit on this car but I love it so much.

 

I had all 3 cambelts done,waterpump,thermostat,engine breather hoses,shocks and underfloor brake pipes.

 

Its now a really up together car and I get lots of people commenting on it.

 

Just ticked over 100000 miles (done 102500 now)

Thats my 75 launch car. Its a forever car and so is my new car.

 

I got wind of this on facebook and it was only across the road from where I deliver shopping.

 

Lovely family were looking for a custodian for it. I made them a promise not to scrap it. 

Here it is a 99 T plated Rover 800 vitesse.

 

Really low miliage

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

With the numberplates on

 

The only one I can get with both my cars at the moment

 

 

I have sorted out the ABS light on it which turned out to be a fuse after getting a micrometre on the sensors.

Thankyou I try to keep my cars clean, I cannot take the credit for the vitesse though as that was diamond brighted by the son of the owner hence the numberplates were off. My dad chamoised it off when we put it in our garage.

Thanks I was very lucky, The 2.0 v6 is a nice smooth engine but the 2.5 is significantly torqier and uses similar fuel amounts.

Thanks they are very good condition, Little bits needed on both but nothing too serious
