It's a really nice car actually. I liked it a lot. Far nicer than my Volvo but then it was a lot more money.

REDUCED

 

Turbo decided to stop working this morning. Research suggests stuck wastegate actuator arm, but this close to Christmas and miserable weather means I can't be bothered to mess around.

 

Take advantage of my laziness and make an offer! Either that or I will jump on the raffle bandwagon!

That surely can't be a tricky fix? I mean, the turbo is pretty much right in front of you when you open the bonnet. I dread a turbo problem on the XM!

Yeah, but it's cold and dirty and I'm a wuss.

Fixed it. The clip that holds to rod onto the wastegate had come off. Hence actuater was not actuating!
