I know nothing about this other than a chum from down home has just acquired it to prevent it being fragged. Has a V5 and some history and is in the bit of Sussex tragically in the news at the moment. 500 notes mentioned but open to offers. Delivery can be arranged for extraz. If anyone fancies it pop me a PM and I'll send you his number.

Looks as bad as they get.  What's not to like? Sell the hard top and it's half price.

Part it out to the beardies. Ka-ching

Round arch model. The most sought after of the midget and with a hardtop. With virtually every single part available new, only a Morris Minor would be an easier restoration. It is probably well worth £500.

I'm looking for one of these for a kit car project, but it's a bit far considering I've got no tow vehicle. Is it complete, does it run?

It's full house on Spridget bingo! Round arch, chrome bumpers, tax exempt, 1275, shit hard top you can sell to someone else to ruin their car with, and the wings look saveable...

That will have patches welded to patches welded to patches everywhere, and will require £shitloads even to see another MOT. Waste of £500 IMO.

For 500 notes, it's a definite yes from me.  As has been said, flog the hardtop and get a bit of your money back, then settle back and look forward to the weldathon.  This is probably the only MG I'd be happy to be seen in.
