them mini steam trucks and engine look ancient and orig but that theakstons one for example had a tax disc on it - so i looked and it had a 61 plate on teh back

tip for shows like that

 

leave home just as it starts or if you live miles from it aim to arrive about 30-40 mins after opening

 

leave the site well before it closes

i got to the little roundabout at chelford at about 11 it started at 10 and still had to filter the half mile to the entrance

Nice to see the Bedford JJL (little yellow thing - the only one left of five built) camper still going strong. Anyone with a chain drive is a hero in my opinion.
