Le French fog lights

Anyone more geeky than I am able to identify these please?

 

 

I picked them up from a market stall this morning - one Euro for the three! I was hoping they may be rare and sought after back in the UK, but not sure what they're off. Gut feeling says 70s or 80s Renault?

Don't think it's Citroen wiring. Which possibly rules out Peugeot too.

 

Ps. I remember those spiral fly things you set fire to from holidays in France in the 80s. I still have a Tupperware box with a melted corner from one!

The connectors look Renault to me.

Looking on Google images suggests Renault 5 I think.

Not Fuego or mk1 5. They are probably late 80's or 90's not sure they are Renault though

Similar to a 25, from memory. I've 2 or 3 sets like that - somewhere....

They look identical to the lamp units in this picture:

But who knows whether they are correctly listed!

Yeap mk 2 5 or any of the other facelifted Renaults around the mid '80's 11, 9, 21 or 25.
