Anyone interested in this thing? 1971 Mobylette in 'barn find' condition. Bought in February on eBay as it 'looked right' but turned out to have a seized piston. Comes with good spare engine. It is complete and has pushbike style brakes on the front wheel as a bonus! Some surface rust but mainly good. Chrome on wheels etc mainly good and still shiny. Sourced another engine (runner) so comes with the original and (not fitted) spare engine. Is on the DVLA system but V5 never turned up from previous owner. Reg is RBY 265K.

Looking for £120 if any interest? Paid more plus bought spare engine so selling at a loss as usual. Just CBA really. Too much on the go!

Ooh, a Cady.  Weapons grade pedshite!  Hopelessly outdated even in the early '70s.  No suspension and 25mph flat out on a good day, but about 120mpg and go on forever.  Love it!

That looks awfully like the Mobylette I had in 1975, my first moped!  I wonder if the RBY reg means it's been re-registered?  The Granada that I brought back from Cyprus was registered by the buyer, and got RBY 879K.
