this is a 1977 agrati garelli tiger cross that I bought last week sat unloved since 1981 I shall restore it over the next 6 months

I bought this on Friday, 1964 Raleigh Runabout,full mot,new rims and stainless spokes,and i rode it to work Monday,definitely need to look at giving it more power,just a bit more torque would be useful!

 

Something like that would be ace for nipping to the shops and back for me but I live at the bottom of a hill and even the car can't get up it at 30mph so I doubt a 50cc moped would do very well...

Might make it up with pedal powered assistance, would look reet comedy to boot!

Trub is that it was ace when I lived in London and used it to blat about on, but now I am in the boonies I get MIND SHATTERING TERROR when I take it on the open roads.   40 mph (ish) tops, no road presence, shite lights.

Aaaarrrgg I do have much want for it. Are they actually registered as mopeds or are they 50cc motorcycles?

I can't recall, but this one has actual pedals, and was made to exploit the sweet sixteener loophole.

The first one is now fully working and just needs a dating certificate and mot to get on the road. The second one is running but needs a clutch and the third one is toatally stripped ready to restore.

I plan to make a video involving Junkman and his scooter. 

It will consist of him riding his Mobylette alongside the remaining section of the Berlin Wall, from one end of the frame to the other. 
Then, the film will cut to something else, and you'll just get sections of the opening shot with snatches of the song below, intercut between scenes.
