I've just finished putting up the Christmas tree at my folks' place so it's finally started to feel like Christmas - apart from all the doom and gloom on the telly of course (and the fact that I didn't get a Christmas bone arse this year). But hey, it's only money, and if we did have it we'd only spend it on crap old cars. So Feliz Weinachten one an' all.

As my sister couldn't be home during this week, she came up a couple weeks ago and we did Christmas the weekend before last. Seems weird to see people still counting down to Christmas as I'm all done!

The only bonus I got was being told to leave early today, but take it out of my own time. Didn't even want to. Local government is meant to be a gravy train, sadly I missed it and had to take the cabbage-water bus instead.Have a satisfactory Christmas and hopefully a happy new year, as if 2008 was a person I would cheerily kick it to death. Rubbish year it was.
