Okey dokes, couple more bits and bobs spotted in the last couple of weeks...

Mostly in Holland actually.

I rather like the Renault - taken from the cruise boat we were on (I know, I know, but it was for my friend's son - capische?), it was the only photo I took of anything - much to the amusement of all else on the boat...

And what about that Volvo! How sexy is THAT! Were they produced to rival the Scimitars or something?

Anyways...

And last but not least, a fine lookin' Reno from the boat...

Gonna have to really find some gems one of these days. My spots always seem a little ornery in comparance to some of you guys.

Maybe an old bugatti in a treehouse or summat......

Happy new year y'all...

That's a P1800 ES (the estate version of the pretty coupe) Volvo introduced them in 1972 - really nice motor and your point about scimitars may be a good one. The Scimitar was the first "estate" or GTE - at the time several companies looked at getting in on the act. I've necer seen a P1800 ES in the flesh - top spot on a rare car.

obviously everyone knows that it is a 1966 P1800 owned by Irvin Gordon of the USA which has the world record for the highest milage in the same vehicle currently at 2.7 million miles - although this Dutch one doesn't look like it could go 200 miles!

but does the door come off when you corner to hard ;)

Yeah, that SD1 does look as if it's being cared for - at least in a bodgy way if nowt else - will have to take a dander up that way again and check out it's progress....Again soz about the quality of shots - am getting progressively skinter, and as such technology is diminishing....
