Early Mk2 UK factory experimental 'RS' which had the German 2.8V6 and Mk1 RS3100 type ducktail. From memory they were intending using a fuel injection set up similar to the mk1 RS2600. Very special for 1974/5.

I really, really,, really fancy an early base-spec mk1 Escrot. Can’t stand the bubble arch, fake Mexico look, but the base spec really  is aesthetically pleasing.

It could be Tampa in Florida - they have a Hudsons furniture shop and did have an extensive tram system until 1946. Since 2002 a small section of the line has been re-opened with a fleet of replica trams which don't look dissimilar to the black and white ones...
