One of the selling points of that one is that it has 26-year-old tyres.....

Doesn't do anything for me.  I don't like the VDP versions of things, the seats in particular always look quite tacky to me.  Also, it's far too nice, I don't think I'd know what to do with a car in that sort of condition.

That wonderful 216 VDP was at the Longbridge gathering a few cars away from where mine was parked, it was as close to showroom fresh as you could possibly hope and it had a constant stream of people clustered around it so was obviously attracting considerable interest - that price is pretty ambitious though.

I would advise anyone to have one of these based on fond memories of a metallic blue one my parents had in the early 90s.  I would also advise anyone to run away immediately because as soon as you take it outside in the winter it will dissolve into a pile of ferrous oxide.  These things rot like a 70s Lancia, hence why there are so few left.

Buy it they are amazing! Honda engine Is uber good, light steering and gears and excellent to drive only problems are its got a boot they rust like a bastard and they did have an old man image

Years ago I had a gold automatic (think it was a C) made of filler and paper but it still drove nice. Sold it to an old bloke for £350 when he saw it parked at the side of the road
