Brill. I wish I could have attended this (* and NOT spoil it for everyone) looks well interesting and even useful. Some of my Rovers wouldn't have looked out of place there, they are mostly rusty heaps of crap afterall.

Well I'm home now and my car's drive is transformed. The steering's tighter (in a good way) and on the motorway it is so much more relaxing to drive now that it doesn't need constant correction to go in a straight line.

It was a great show, I really enjoyed it.

Oh, there was one bad thing - I left my drip tray behind! Just drove out of the hall and forgot about it :(

Conrad, I am back there at 08.30 tomorrow morning, if it's still there I will grab it for you

Thanks! You can throw it out if you do find it, it's just the side panel from an old tumble dryer.

Wish I'd have gone now just to ogle over he P7. I knew of its existance but never seen it in the flesh, so to speak. I find this kind of show with less importance put on shiny things and more on the rot 'n fix much more up my street. Maybe next year.

If you prefer rust, pitted chrome, pogweasel pink, and faded beige, to shiny shit in freshly polished auction-red, this is the place to be, no doubt.

This was a first, and all things considered, I'd say it must have been a success (pending confirmation of the organisers).

It could easily involve into something a lot more lively than the Stoneleigh show.

Highlight for me was being 6' from Mr Dollywobbler, was going to say hello, but I was buying coffee on the Citroen stand and by the time I had paid...... he had gone!

Looks like a great show was missed by me on this one, not just from these pictures but from other reports too.  People seem genuinely excited and enthused about it and the lack of sprogs cluttering up the place is a definite bonus!  There's a good chance I'll own some hopeless going concern next year - and signs so far are they will be doing a next year - that I can attend in.
