The plants in the middle of that fountain are obviously a natural source of Radweld and/or K-seal.

 

These should have been planted around the reservoir supplying water to Longbridge - then there would still be MG Rover.

Rather then the hyped up 50's and 60's wankfest that is the Goodwood Revival, I'd love to see a seventies and eighties revival including a race for this sort of stuff. Four and six cyl only so Tagoras, 604's, Granada's and 2600 Rovers. CC limit would be 2650 cc so no 528i's.

having healed the engine, sunday we moved on to France.

Stop at the race course for a photo session at Gueux,but that was not the reason for a 1000km trip.

 

We went on to a place near Reims, lets call it the Talbot heaven.

 

 

44 Talbots, 9 Tagora ...most restored to the extreme in a state of technical and visual perfection no Talbot ever left the factory.

No words can describe the place, sorry i was so stunned, forgot to do more pictures.
