inconsistant Posted March 30, 2014 Posted March 30, 2014 Qualcast Classic 35s Self Propelled petrol cylinder mower, with roller for proper lawn stripz Bought 2 years ago, used a couple of times, but discovered it's not suitable for our uneven badly looked after lawn that is strewn with small stones thanks to chickens with a poor sense of horticulture. Shame, because it's a really nice mower... probably why I've been reluctant to get rid of it. Got it out of the shed last weekend and it fired up first time. There's a bit of rust around the pull start cord, as pictured, and some scratches along the side but other than that it's in pretty tip top condition, looks smart and everything works as it should. It comes with an instruction manual that I got off the internet, and a spare 'pink cog', which is the replaceable plastic cog that breaks if the mechanics jam, to avoid costly mechanical damage. I'm in N.E Surrey, near J6 M25.I've got it advertised for £125 elsewhere so something approaching that from a Shitter would be agreeable.Tea/coffee, macaroons and a slice of battenburg available as required to make collection more enjoyable.
