best place to weigh in a starter

replaced civic starter but it was bought non exchange

 

i was giventhe old one back

 

would anywhere take it . it works but intermittent

I've a few in the copper motors bin though it would be good to know if they would be taken for recon.

If you really get fed up with it you could always do an Adam Ant and chuck it through a pub window. (Ok I know that was an alternator, but it's the thought that counts)
