What other 3 axle variants are out there? All I can recall seeing are Talbot Chassis Cabs with various special bodies. Perhaps they are frowned upon by local regs?

Probably not quite what you were after, but six-wheeled bonkersness all the same.

 

 

 

 

It's a SIX wheel drive and FOUR wheel steer Mazda 323, and it's got two engines, (turbo rotary's) one in the front and one in the back. The driver sits on the back seat, and has some sort of arrangement with extra long steering columns & strange pedal positions .
