Name the truck

I saw this in Thailand a couple of years ago:

 

 

What is it? Cabstar? Toyota? Seem to remember them on the roads over here years ago, and they had those frilly rear rubber mudguards.

I decided to Google to try and find out what that truck bed was off on the orange one because it doesn't look like it's for the Elf... results were inconclusive, but I did discover the modern Elf has an adorable camper version.

Tis an early Elf, and rare, even in here Thailand. I'll keep my peepers peeled!

It shares nothing with the similarly styled Toyota Dyna / Daihatsu Delta / Hino 300.
