Helmingham Hall show photos LOADZ

Yo homies! I've got another batch of photos to show from the classic and sportscar show at sunny Helmingham hall near Stowmarket here in Suffolk.

It's a pretty expensive event at £12 a car and it wasn't one of the better years as the marshalls, who are pretty shite, let loads of normal cars like Y reg Corsa's and 03 plate Mondeos park with the exhibitors as it was cheaper (£8 a per person instead of the £12 a car that we pay).

Still there was a bit of interest for shitters there and it was the first show I took my Civic too.

I got chatting to the owner of this stunning Pete_M spec 604, he's recently moved to the area from Enfield and he loves the car, it's even features Wikipedia, it's still only done 64000 miles from new.

Next up was the "concourse" drive which involved cars driving up and down the chase to the hall, this year they have re tarmaced the driveway which wasn't a good idea, the dust and stones flew everywhere.

This Alpine was a Japanese import and still only has 1500 miles from new on the clock.#

This guy nearly dropped a bollock, it's running a mega amount of BHP from a race tuned V8, he couldn't get the power down on the start, got it massively sideways and nearly went into the crowd, which was only protected by a flimsy temporary rail, the commenter had words with him after that and everyone else behaved.

There was a note in this BMW saying to the mot tester "can you wipe the water away from the bonnet after you done your washer jet test as it will mark my paint", I would have pissed over the bonnet and left it for them.

Apparently this is a 1906 Mors Le Sanglier with 8238cc Curtiss aero engine, it was an amazing piece of kit.

Nice pics. Looks a great day out. I would have been all over that 1908 motor and the C110 Skyline!

I have never seen one of those in person. I am a huge fan though. Sometimes I prefer them over the C10 Hakosuka.

They have such a unique look.

Looks like a good show. I am wishing I had gone to the one in Hebden Bridge over the weekend but instead decided to stay in and do some decorating which roughly translated meant I sat in the house watching telly and doing naff all.

Did they really do a Capri 1.6S? Looks nice anyway.

That bird in the UNO looks well impressed at being snapped. She probably ended up there under the pretence of a walk in the country or what ever and ended up in a field full of cars.

GR9 PICS.

That MG3 is an ugly thing. Mind you all new small cars seem to be, like the new Clio etc.
