More done on this , literally had to force myself to pull out the relative tools and things but some positive progress is always worth the hassle

 

 

first thing was to paint up the inner workings 

 

 

next to no messing about was require to get the panel to fit well enough to butt weld ,just a case of lining the panel up and scoring the metal overlap with a kitchen knife then triming it back 

 

 

for literally no preferential reason i started from the back 

 

 

the panels needed joggling so it was a case of weld,,stick knife in, weld 

 

 

 

cheeky patch at the back, this was covered in powercoating with is a horrible coating to try and weld through ,,or wire brush off lol

 

motivation is slowly building

Take it for test the same time as the Proton.

 

This may win back the shite points that you have now lost by moving the workstation onto your own property.
