It would have to be around the 700ish mark, to fund the Wartburg and its tax. I have just taxed the Cavalier, so factor that in.

Having said that, i could let it go for a bit less, but it would depend on selling the Sierra engine i still have in the workshop.

Probably not that much in it actually. 240 miles each way so 480 miles in one car plus 240 in the car coming back makes 720 miles @ 35mpg approx X £6.30 per gallon = Circa £135 in fuel and a day of driving for me and my wife.

 

It looks like a great car but it's a shame it is the other side of the country and I'd have the Bluebird to shift as well. Plus I've just spent £300 quid insuring the Fiesta/Escort & Bluebird, I need to tax and MOT the Escort at the end of the month and I need to fit new front wishbones on the Mondeo. I don't work either.

 

Oh, and I have also just taxed the Bluebird at £220 for a year as of March...

 

Folk are allowed to ask how much things are without having to buy them you know... But if there is anything else you would like to know about what I was taking into consideration when I just asked 'how much' please feel free to ask.
