Given its not on again until january 28th do you reckon we should see how many autoshiters we can get to a scotoshite meet?

 

Could either have folks up to the usual cheery* place or find a venue a wee bit further south, so as to tempt them southern lot up the m6?

That's why I got my Class 1. The Highway Code says I can use as much road as I like, as long as I don't touch the kerbs. Suits me.

 

The further south thing was covered many pages back, when WVM was still here: we'd thought about having one, somewhere down the A68, so some of the NE England folks could come along. Suppose the same could apply for the NW folks if we went further down the A74.

Not a bad idea in principle, but not universally popular. As long as it was more of a summer thing, therefore no chance of OMGSNOKAOS, and there was plenty of notice, I'd be up for it.

Yes we are on tomorrow night providing the OMGSNOKAOS is moderate or nil. 7.30pm at the Craigmarloch Lodge, Cumbernauld for possibly fewer Volvos than we've ever had before.

I'd also be up for a summer Scotoshite meet further south or a sort of Scotland/Cumbria day event or something similar to the one Eddy did a couple of years back.
