Apart from anything else, how the fuck is a normal sized person going to sit in that? A Landy has quite an upright driving position and unless they've done some serious chopping to the seat mounts and pedals/levers that's going to be undriveable for regular sized humans, surely?

Amazing isnt it. The government are crazy about collecting every penny in tax from everywhere else but blatant plate-raping seems really common. Surely any traffic copper with a brain could spot one. Or is it technically legal?

I think it's technically legal - but that doesn't mean it has to be or should be. A very simple change in the law would solve it.
