What Colour Is That?

Any colour where instead of saying "oh, that's [insert colour]." one would say "Well, it's sort of a [insert colour]-ish colour" instead.

I know there's a couple of odd metallic colours that look like they might be green/silver/blue (on a Rover) or pink/gold (on a Sierra) but I can't find useable examples. Oh and no cheating and posting Chameleon/Flip paint either :P

Sierra brownish :?

Looks like that shade of terra cotta that was found on Vauxhall Astras and Cavaliers circa 1982-84.

Vauxhall used to use the exact same henna red colour in their interiors too. Same with their sage green metallic which personally I found OTT.

Isn't the Mini that tobacco leaf colour?

My old 200sx. Silver, but with a definite blue tint to it

Looks beige to me.

VW/Audi also call a light green metallic 'Inarisilber'... and trashbag-blue as 'Monacoblau'

The Cortina estate's colour is similar to BMW's 'Veronarot' of the 70s.

Polar Silver.

IIRC there was a shade of Austin Gold that was a perfect match for touching up the sills.
