This is the only one I have, grabbed for a bargainous 50p/$1 from the cheap tub at the model shop, last year:

My Europa is also sadly glazingless

Hopefully, at some point - though there's still no boot sales operating yet in NI, and no markets either.

The big outdoor market up at Nutts Corner (where Market Blokey/Nostalgic Collectables used to run a Sunday stall) reckons it may reopen at the end of August, but St George's remains closed for the foreseeable...

Both Transits gone! Dodge, Land Rover and TK tipper secured though

Thanks for trying with the Transits! I've been looking for a Dinky Land Rover for a while now, but even the ones at a fiver always seemed a bit too broken. Look forward to pics!

So long as you're not expecting the slick production values of DC's Tat Friday!  Amish 's Bootsale Bingo, perhaps.. Also very much weather /time dependant.

TK isn't terrible, it's missing a tyre and the driver's gonna be chilly over 5mph but I'm quite surprised the mirrors have survived. Pretty dirty though.

The Dinky Land Rover is missing three wheels if you count the one that's not in the cab anymore but is otherwise fairly intact, no cracks to the glazing and both jewelled headlights intact.

Corgi Dodge is probably the best of the lot though. One incongruous once-white tyre replaced and a clean and it'd display nicely. Well spotted sierraman!

Good work there AT!

If one of the Mercs hasn't already been claimed/you are not keeping them, let me know!

The ambulance only seems to be missing its blue light cover and stretcher if it had one but is easily the dirtiest diecast I've ever picked up. Tyre missing on the Eldorado and some interesting camber going on but intact glazing at least. Fucked front bumper though.

Ooh, pleased with that!

Wheels and tyres can be replaced ok; I'm currently trawling through my motley collection to make a list of bits needed (might be ready by the time Steve Flowers reopens again).

Looks like a worthwhile jaunt, though - the Corgi Daf City Car looks great, and those Dinky Cadillacs are lovely. Ten minutes with some soapy water and a toothbrush should see those looking heaps better (that Superkings Scammell wrecker of mine was very satisfying to scrub up).

Corgi Chevy ambulance is pretty good too (mine was missing its doors), and I've noticed it's hard to find a Merc W115 that's not FUBAR'd in some way - cracked A-pillars and busted glazing seem endemic...

Agree that the Dodge Kew looks to be the pick of the bunch - for £2, that's a bargain.

D-Series street sweeper and Lincoln Continental limo look decent and all.

Verdict: top job!!!

The ex-Organ Grinder is done, and not tea bag all things considered. I can see faults but it looks pretty good sat on the shelf

driver looks pretty pleased with his revamped ride. Bullit was not my intention but the colour just worked with the green windows and gold engine (exhaust and scoop repainted, block original). Even the wheels cleaned up quite well

Cor, that looks fab. Great colour choice, and a vast improvement on what you started with!

Usual rules apply for anything you see above, if any of you fancy anything except the TK, Dodge or Land rover speak up. Split pin's got Merc dibs though.

More from my attention-seeking, media-whoring account... one of my all-time favourites, though. The Iso Grifo really is one of the best looking cars ever built, and I will brook no argument on that point.

Corgi did a cracking job on this one. I only wish they'd done a pre-Whizzwheels rubber-tyred version, as I think that would have looked even better.

Still, as this turned out to be a mildly chipped restoration rather than the decent original I thought it was, that could be easily rectified if I just crack open the superglued base...

Dash detailing and seats are very nice.

Decent enough representation of the 7-litre Chevrolet big block. Iso claimed 186mph for this, which was just stupid-fast in 1968...

Guigiaro penned the Grifo's lines while working for Bertone, and they get me every time. Woof.

Corgi did alright out of it too - despite only being listed in the range between mid-1970 and 1972, according to the big Van Cleemput book they managed to shift 253,000 of them.

I am indeed - though the Datsuncog account gets used for more kinda architectural photos and stuff (dunno why, I hardly ever add to it).

My diecast handle on IG is Tatsuncog (you can probably see what I did there... imagination's not one of my strengths...)

The idea is to try to put together a photographic record of my entire collection, as I set about the task of trying to catalogue it all, finally... brought the boxes down from the attic yesterday, and feeling kinda scared...

If you've got a few years to spare you can try and list all mine...
