Excellent pics there! I think that Matador has got an Aussie-Army Land-Rover bull bar on it. Someone might know more but I think all the old army tat was simply sold off locally cheaply to whoever wanted it at the time...

Whilst I was in the garage across the road..very glamorous old lady pulled up in this..i had to remark how cool it was ..she was in the Rover Club and this was a concourse winner...i was able to point across the road at my inferior Merc..but she was still impressed..

merci has gained no progress except for delivering riders to horses...the anti-pollution pump is going to disappear so i can get a VIC roadworthy [my outback version is valid till the end of the year]..plus a litany of other techical crimes to attend to..and doing the proverbial street shots..

Funny how the cars from a hot environment suffer in ways we just don't see in cold wet Blighty. Faded paint, heat damaged rubber trims etc.

All we ever see is rust and mildew.
