I am sorry, but putting these light clusters into a cheap plastic casing on a powerful sports car is just wrong.

If I buy a TVR, I really don't care about the rear lights. The noise and acceleration make up for it!

Also Saab 9000(?) where the bootlid fades. And Ford Scorpio. I don't like Avenger estate lights but feel compelled to stare at them, they are sort of spooky looking

I`m not entirely surprised, I adore Fiats but sometimes I wonder what the stylists are thinking.

 

The facelft above baffled me, I was never a great fan of the Mk1`s bubble styling, I thought the Mk2 was a really rather tasteful bit of modern small car design, but the following facelift made the car even less appealing than the Mk1, and for what? I cant work it out....

 

Maybe there was an increased size requirement for fog lamps, if that was the case, why didnt they put them put them in the bumper `vents` with the reflectors instead of bunging them on the tailgate, which completely messed up the original tail lights flow... staggering...

 

And dont get me started on the front end `update`... lord have mercy...

Oh yes, they're terrible. Usual excuse given for this is the cost of getting custom lights type approved. I'd be fascinated to know how much it costs to get a set of lights type approved, seeings as you can buy aftermarket Lexus lights with E-marks.

Thats the first time I have seen a rear wiper on a 406. Seen them on Mk3 Orion's, Impreza, MK1 Mondeo Saloon, the 323 BF saloon and the 306 saloon but never a 406 before.
