Mystery Microcar

Was talking to FiL yesterday who mentioned a friend of his had a three wheeler car ( 2 at the front, 1 at the back) made of wood ... He cannot remember the name but believes it has three letters, probably the initials of the "inventor" who apparently is about 90 and turns up for the annual meeting. There were only about 80 or so made and were sold on the understanding that you fit your own engine.

 

I'm intrigued - any ideas anyone?
