CU (Concrete Utilities) Avenue 4D I would say

:)with GEC Dioptrion streetlights :) the Dioptrion along with its sister lantern the GEC Difractor are 2 MA/V era streetlights I would *love* to get in my collection but they are both quite rare today and sought after in the collector community, they are beautiful looking streetlights

Thanks, thought you'd come up trumps.

Hasn't that place been in silent witness?

I've never watched Silent Witness so I can not comment.

What I do know is that it is the offices of Hopkins Architects on Broadley Terrace, Lisson Grove, Westminster. It was built in 1984.
