Probably the most expensive VW variant at the show, unless there was a hens teeth coachbuilt of some kind. The Type 166 was produced in quite large numbers, many of them went to WaffenSS units, they made around 14,000 of them but obviously survive in very small numbers. If genuine and it has a wartime cogwheel block it probably worth a lot. An unrestored one sold a couple of years ago for $150,000. ;)

Wow! I can't remember the last time I saw a Singer Vogue Estate! - Is the registration plate in a different place to normal on this one?

Yeah, relocated due to towbar fitment.

OMG numberplate discrepancy!

Who was it that was on about a car they knew of that had gone through several mot's with mis-matched number plates?  Well, this one belongs to a flippin' mot station!

Q258 RNH is/was a 1988 gas-powered Komatsu according to DVLA.  A fork-lift perhaps?

Should send the ANPR into meltdown if this ever heads onto the M42...

Might have also spotted the Blue BL Princess, but I can't quite find the pics just now.

Austin Se7en (I think).

Nice to see properly old stuff out and about (although my heart did sink a little when I saw it pulling out up ahead of me; luckily it wasn't going far...).

"Rum Bus".  Ex-Norn-Iron Bristol.  Possibly.

Pretty sure a rum bus might be something different if you're from certain parts of Yorkshire.

Don't know if business is slow in the turf trade or what, but these three Sherpas* are long-term VOR.

I took a pic there of a Maestro some years ago:

I think this must be the first roadworthy non-pineapple Bug I've seen that looks even worse than mine.

Must try harder.
