Looks to be an aluminium bodyshell and judging by the hubs had wire wheels

they're Portuguese 'plates, not Dutch.

I think it might be an Alfa 1900C Sprint, but I haven't found any rear end photos to confirm.

I would suspect Lancia, those rear drums look very Lancia[ish]

It's probably a Contadini Lambrusco, you can tell by the hubs which were adapted for spaghetti harvesting equipment.
