LR collection in Norway

Buzzing around at the moment is news of a massive sale in Norway early next month. It's a collection of mainly Land Rovers, with a few other Brit motors thrown in. The collector bought the majority from England and took them back to Norway, aiming one day to open a museum. It appears however the chap got in trouble and the whole lot has been seized by the authorities. Anything not sold will be scrapped.

Yep, very sad. Fairly recent too from what I can make out.

 

The Tickford was up for sale in the UK three years ago for £16,500...

The number of unique, or very rare coachbuilt landies there is amazing! ...Close to my personal interests, there is a VPK landy series 3 as well as a shorland , if only I had money/time/space etc etc!
