Hi all I'm bak!!!! (did you notice I was gone? no lol)

 

Just back from me sister's wedding in Ibiza and it was fookin ace. I wasn't expecting much in the way of spots there but was actually pleasantly surprised.

Saw quite a few Festers of this vintage - all in top nick - wasn't familiar with this version

 

UK registered and with nearly expired tax this merc was LHD

Big yank saw this being driven a few days later to this spot at the marina in Santa Eularia.

 

 

 

Bonus Golf cabrio - there were quite a lot of these there too - almost al sporting the same quad lights set up.

There were many more things to see but missed. Worst double miss was the two yes TWO Renault 3s seen driving! I nearly spat out my drink. Twice.

 

Was a great holiday - still recovering from Pacha and that was 4 days ago now! Also lost my frikkin wallet and only found out while seated on the plane about to depart!!! Argh in general - it has since been found as it was in the rental car my parent's had - new type Ford Galaxy - quite a nice car actually.

Argh. I still seem to have a problem with photobucket making all pics really small.

 

Anyone know what gives? I've been using it for years and only now has this occurred.

 

Does it with these crappy cameraphone pics and with the DSLR pics..

Good to see there are still lots of R4's and 2CV's knocking around out there. When I last visited the Balearics in the late 90's the decent stuff that was common a few years earlier looked like it had all gone.

Ah haha! Sorry Mr. Lob! I'm so slow I didn't even think of that when I was there - and now I think of it there were frakkin millions of Ibizas in Ibiza!!

 

O well, I suppose I'll just have to go back then
