Want of the week

If you're anything like me you spend a depressing amount of time searching the Internet for whatever the lastest car you want is. Sometimes you actually end up buying but most of the time it's a fleeting want for something you can't afford until the next thought comes along. Anyway for me this week I'm wanting something with a busso V6. Ideally something like this:

Isn't that Vugalour's old one from years back? Is it still owned by someone on here?

It is. It got a new high pressure line (which is leaking) and a hole in the wheel arch which needs welding up.   Currently saving up for it..

I had a want of the week, so I got in the car, went to Edinburgh and bought them:

Compomotive PS701, staggered 17s in Porsche fitment.

Last week's WotW was a set of OZ Futuras off a Testarossa which had a VERY decent BIN price. Clicked the button like it would save a puppy from a blender and a Bristol friend grabbed them for me:

I went as far as reading through several pistonheads threads and eventually the car I'd been watching for weeks on marketplace got sold

Thanks. Paid less for both sets than some people are asking for a single battered Futura.

I did that with a MK1 Fiesta a few weeks back. Got that need to know everything about it before I contact the seller thing, and six hours of obsessively reading old forum posts later... It had sold.
