So, who's going? I'll be in the Westminster. Toying with the idea of trying to sell it...

If you like shite, this is basically a field full of some of the most unloved cars of all time. It's great!

Posted

Do you need to pre book or can anyone just rock up in any old BL shite ? Hopefully I will be there, the Meastro needs a run out but is untaxed at the moment. So if you see a silver over grey Meastro on trade plates that'll be me.

Oops...

I've never pre-booked. Was in the 2CV last year, but I'll be in something proper this time.

Posted

I'll be there touting the Dolomite. I think I've only missed two of these shows since it's been running.

Mmmm Allegros.

Posted

Have a bump. I'm definitely going - in the Herald. I don't think I've ever pre-booked either.

I think even fatha_Bo11ox is going, and hes not even that interested in cars. Look out for the blue 214!

Big dog's cock. Gotta go to a BBQ tomorrow so can't make it.Would have been good to bring the Maxi.

:x

Im going with the maestro van trailer but as it cant propel itself ill be towing it with the Audi.

Posted

Hmm... Peatboghorror isn't that far really. Might trundle over if the weather's looking halfway decent. I wonder if the Innocenti's links to BL are too tenuous?

Posted

Wuv - I was in the 2CV last year, and Mash was in his gorgeous Datsun. Compared to those, your Inny is definitely family!

Very much looking forward to it. Westie is fit and raring to go.

Posted

That could be fun. I'm shite at remembering names/faces (though I can remember you at least Seth!)

Posted

Well, at risk of me forgetting and also not knowing where it'll be parked, how about by the rusty blue Herald at Midday?

Ok. I'll try and remember that, though I am getting up early on Sunday, so make no promises for my feeble brain!

GUD MEAT!

Sorry for completely forgetting the 12pm meet up. Looked at my watch at 1:15...

Good to meet Seth, Anthonyg, Mash, Lanky Tim and his Audi-fronted Maestro van and Captain Slow. And anyone else I met and forgot...

Some spectacular shite - hope others got pics. Need to sort the work ones out first...

Pics would be good.

Apologies for non-attendance [again], domestic issues prevented enjoyment.

Probably time to hang up my show socks.

Good meat indeed. Nice to see those I saw. General turnout seemed really good!

Dolly, did you find the little present I left on your drivers seat?

I know this is autoSHITE but curling out a steaming one in a fellow's vehicle just isn't cricket.

Pog, you're just lucky myself and Anthony didn't come round and nail something to your front door!

Posted

Wish I could have made it, but the Innocenti got a puncture and I didn't want to risk a 180-mile round trip on an ill-fitting spacesaver nicked from a Cinquecento. :? Looking forward to pics though.

LOL.

I do not have a letterbox, so don't get any ideas about the 'envelope flambe du merde' stunt. :P

We past two Montego's parked in a services on the A14 near Peterborough this afternoon, I got most excited :P

I wish i had gone this show instead of looking a J-Shite now though.

Ah, that was you! Fanks. I've still got the scabby original, but it's always good to have another copy.

A gold over grey one and a blue one? A friend of mine owns both.

Was good to see you again dollywobbler, albeit briefly.
