How come they are so noisy?! I've heard quiter stock car races!

That was probably the best touring car race I have seen - cheers!

That was well good. VG kwality of film too considering its age.

A brilliant mix of identical cars, and drivers who don't really give a crap about the bodywork. Just like when Mansell did his bit for BTCC and livened it up no end. Really good to watch, I was actually on the edge of my seat - more position changes in one lap there than an entire F1 season.

MANSELL'S DODGEMS: PAY IN THA CAR, ONE WAY ROUND, NO BUMPING

I like the bit where Mansell pulled into the pits, as he couldn't take his centre console out, so he wanted another car.

Warwick spinning off and being right at the back must've been the most depressing part of his career!

Great film!

Years ago my mate had a silver ex-Austin Rover MG 1600 R series with the bright green digital talking dash - so cool! Especially the 3 or so relays that clicked before it said anything, like somebody clearing his throat in preparation for a big announcement.

It sounded beautiful at full throttle with the twin-twin carbs guzzling away. Shame it was such a twat to start when hot!

I remember Dave Allen doing a stand up routine on the Maestro talking car thing! 'Door. Open'.

most mornings on the drive to work I see an old chap in a BRG MG Maestro. The thing looks in top fettle too. Its on a F plate and the letters are "RPM"

Also sometimes see it parked at a nearby Park.

May be worth a note under the wiper asking if he wants to sell it?
